RULES, REGULATIONS & SUGGESTIONS

Please follow these rules & suggestions to make your visit more enjoyable & to ensure your safety & respect for others:

All guest must check-in with a staff member at the Homestead Store before beginning their experience. Everyone on the property must purchase a bag for picking.
All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
No climbing trees. No throwing fruit. No yanking on branches.
Ranchita del Reo is located in a high-risk fire area. Smoking IS NOT permitted anywhere on the premises. Rattle Snakes are possible and we ask you to watch carefully for avoiding rattlesnake risk. If you are biten by a rattlesnake you will not hold Ranchita del Reo liable. They are a natural occuring wild animal.
We recommend wearing layers of clothing for varying temperatures. Enclosed toed shoes are recommended but not manditory. Our orchard is uneven, all dirt & has stickers. Comfortable shoes for these conditions is recommended.
We do sell drinking water on site but lps to hit also helps to have your own as our orchard can get very hot.
You are welcome to bring your cameras. However, all photo’s & video’s taken at Ranchita del Reo premises are for your personal use only & are not to be used for commercial or financial gain.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED OUT OF VEHICLES. We do not recommend bringing your pets as cars get very hot. But, if you bring your pet with you, you cannot let the pet out of the vehicle while on our property. This is due to County/State Food Handling Regulations and how we use our orchard.
Any visitor who chooses to not follow our rules or ignores our rules will be asked to leave.
All reservation guests must sign a waiver of liability. Whoever makes the reservation is signing the waiver giving acknowledgement for the entire booked party releasing Ranchita del Reo of liability with risks associated with being on our property. It is the responsibility of the person making the reservation to print up the waiver, hand it to each person in their party to read and understand. Each person will be held accountable for knowing & understanding the liability risks. We also post signs at the entrance of the propety & at the Homestead Store releasing Ranchita del Reo of liability upon entering our property.
